As the business evolved, Ashok Ji continued to lead the organization and carried the vision forward, transforming AR Engineering into a sole proprietorship and preparing the company for its next phase of growth.

A significant milestone in our journey came with the association of Himanshu, a passionate mechanical engineer with a vision to build a larger and more capable engineering organization. With expertise in business development, marketing, operations, and project execution, he contributed to expanding the company's capabilities and market presence.

To further strengthen our technical capabilities, Gaurav joined the journey and took responsibility for design and engineering. His contribution brought greater technical depth to the organization and enabled AR Engineering Group to undertake increasingly customized and complex industrial requirements.
